Need to know what to take?

New Students (unlicensed)

If you are new to Red Carpet School, we have everything you need to start your Real Estate career. If you do not have a Real Estate License, you must complete the Agent Pre-License Fundamentals course and pass the Washington state salespersons exam. After passing the Pre-License Fundamentals course, we'll immediately send you a "Real Estate Candidate Handbook" explaining all of the State and the Applied Measurement Professional (AMP) requirements for taking the State Exam. It also contains the document needed to schedule your Washington state sales exam." Our package has everything you'll need to schedule and pass the state exam on the first try. Our friendly staff is ready to help you with any questions you may have about the course and the exam.

With our Pre-License package, you don't have to have to worry. We have steamlined the process to help guarantee your success. Once you've passed the State Exam, you can begin your Real Estate career. As a new salesperson, you can sell residential homes, condominiums, commercial property, land and lease residential & commercial property. For the first 2 years you must work with a broker of your choice. If you don't have a broker, we can help you find one to work with.

First License Renewal

This course is only for agents renewing their active license for the first time. Your first renewal is based on your birthdate. To keep your license active, you must complete the First License Renewal package before your second birthday. If you have not taken the courses required to renew your license before your renewal date, your license will be inactive. You will not be able to sell, list or lease property.

Continuing Education Packages

For a Salesperson's 2nd license renewal, you may take any 30hr course plus the Core Curriculum every 2 years. Red Carpet School offers 2 Packages for $135 each and both include the Core Curriculum. They are R.E. Practices + Core Package and the Business Management + Core Package.

Whether you're renewing an active Brokers or Salesperson license, you may take either Package or you may select any of the Individual Courses plus Core. A Brokers first renewal is the same as any renewal.
