Sales Terms and Conditions

Sales, Course Completion and Refund Policy:

  1. Admission – Student must be 18 years or older.
  2. Causes for dismissal and conditions for readmission and absenteeism:  Must start class over from the beginning
  3. Course requirements, make-up work, quizzes, and tests:  Students must complete all required course materials, quizzes, and/or tests as required.  Courses are only accredited for clock hours stated above.  Each student must complete the required clock hours or complete course work missed within 180 days for all workbook courses. Online courses expire 12 months from date of purchase except Pre-License courses expire in 2 years. If course requirements are not completed within the allotted time, the student must re-enroll, pay again and start classes from the beginning. All make-up work quizzes and/or tests must be completed and course materials returned before the Certificate of Completion is issued. Any reenrollment or any classes made up by the student may be required to pay tuition fee again. Students are graded on a percentage basis – 75% or better is considered passing.  Students must show aptitude by answering at least 75% correct on quizzes and/or a final comprehensive course exam.
  4. Accredited clock hours are based on actual instruction time.
  5. Refund policy - Student must request a refund within 10 days of first day of enrollment and will be assessed a $25 refund fee. All Courses beyond 10 days from first day of enrollment are none refundable

The refund will be paid within 5 days of receipt of the written refund request.

Students that complete a course will be able to obtain their certificate of completion immediately upon finishing the course (on the My Transcript page) and will also be able to obtain copies at any time by logging in to the website for a period of 2 years following the date of enrollment in the course.  Students will also be able to see a transcript of their course work for a period of 2 years. Students have two years to complete their course work for Pre-License and one year to complete continuing education course material.

Red Carpet School of Real Estate provides copies of transcripts to the State upon request and may also provide authorized State personnel online access to our website for the sole purpose of validating a students participation in our online programs.  If you receive a letter from the State indicating that you have been randomly selected for an audit of your online education, please feel free to contact us as we can assist you.
