Real Estate Law course information.

This course will instruct on the basis of representing clients and working with customers within the real estate profession. The principles of law are discussed at length regarding granted authority, forms of agency, and the responsibilities as a fiduciary. Examples are presented at regular intervals to help understand agency law and your professional services.

The course will discuss the State regulations and statutes governed by the State of Washington. We will discuss Washington definitions, licensing, fiduciary conduct, the Department of Licensing, its authority, investigations, and implemented penalties.

Finally, the course will discuss responsibilities of an agent for their broker, the broker's responsibilities to clients, and the intricacies of working with clients, customers and sub-agents.
