New Broker Pre-licensing course information.
This class provides the required courses to obtain a new Broker license and includes the following:1. Real Estate of Fundamentals -60hrs. The areas of study will include financing and Federal/State laws regarding the selling, owning, leasing of real estate plus much, much more.
2. Real Estate Practices - 30hrs. This course includes the Law of Agency, real estate principles, financing, lending, Washington laws and regulations and more.
Once you've passed the National and State sections of the exam, you must be licensed with a Managing or Designated Broker as a Broker or you may leep your licence on inactive status. You're license will allow you to sell, list for sale or lease commercial, residential, land, condominium and apartments.
